Formulated with premium floral waters, it’s a luxurious way to cleanse and hydrate your skin. Our toner also helps remove what remains from your day (or night), preparing your skin for what might come next. Contains rose floral water to will help balance your skin, reducing sebum production without damaging your natural moisture barrier.
Gentle enough for daily use, it helps to address sebum production and hyperpigmentation making it suitable for all skin types.

How to Apply: Once you’ve cleansed your skin, apply the toner onto a cotton pad (or Poko’s Reusable Cotton Pad as it is kinder to your skin and the environment). Then, sweep the saturated cotton pad over your skin, avoiding the delicate under-eye area, and your lips (Don’t forget your chin and neck). Once dry, follow this with the rest of your skincare routine. For best results, use the Brightening Rosewater Toner alongside our Purifying Gel Cleanser, as this dynamic duo works overtime to give you Poko-perfect skin. You can use the Brightening Rosewater Toner in both your morning and morning routines.

We aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible
The available shipping options for your order will be shown at the checkout. You can select the cheapest, or your desired method from there.
The shipping cost will be multiplied accordingly for orders that require more than one service.
Our orders are fulfilled using a variety of 3rd party couriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.
In the unlikely event that you have not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
The delivery duration applies only after the payment has been made, as opposed to when the order was placed or created.
In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cbdshack.co.uk. You’ll need to make sure you include the order number in any correspondence relating to returns.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you will be liable for returns costs.
If the returned item is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing any items for damages.
If your return request for damaged or faulty items is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
