What is CBD olive oil?
CBD olive oil is exactly what it sounds like! Olive oil that’s infused with CBD. Olive oil is used daily in households around the world and is known for its health benefits and versatility. CBD olive oil has the same health benefits and versatility profile as non-infused olive oil, but with the added benefits of CBD.
Cold-pressed CBD is a type of CBD oil that is made using the ancient method of cold pressing. This method has been around for thousands of years to extract compounds from plants.
The plant material is mixed with a carrier oil such as olive oil and then pressurised. This method uses minimal heat, which helps to preserve the cannabinoids, terpenes and flavonoids found in the plant. The potency of the plant matter is precisely the same as the extracted oil, so some favour this method as it can result in a higher concentration of plant compounds.
Minimal processing means that these are considered Full-Spectrum CBD products.
Many plant compounds are sensitive to heat, so they are lost in traditional CBD production such as supercritical CO2 extraction. Cold-pressed CBD fans will often point to this as a sign that it is closer to the natural product than anything else. This method is also free from additional processing, solvents, and chemicals, so there is a lower risk of contamination.

xWe aim to get all orders placed before 3pm dispatched the same day (Monday-Friday), however this is not always possible
The available shipping options for your order will be shown at the checkout. You can select the cheapest, or your desired method from there.
The shipping cost will be multiplied accordingly for orders that require more than one service.
Our orders are fulfilled using a variety of 3rd party couriers, depending on size, weight and destination. Unfortunately, on very rare occasions, the parcels can be subject to delays, damage or loss. Please get in touch with us as soon as possible regarding delivery issues, as we will not be notified until the situation is brought to our attention.
We aim to deliver all of our orders within the estimated delivery duration. If for any reason we cannot deliver your orders within the specified time, we will inform you right away. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, DPD, DHL, UPS and UK Mail.
In the unlikely event that you have not received the parcel, we would kindly ask you to wait 7 days from the estimated delivery date before contacting us. Courier services can occasionally experience some unexpected delays, which unfortunately we do not have any control over.
The delivery duration applies only after the payment has been made, as opposed to when the order was placed or created.
In the event of a disputed delivery, we will raise an investigation with the 3rd party courier. In these instances, we must take the result of the courier's investigation as final.
Returns & Refunds
xWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@cbdshack.co.uk. You’ll need to make sure you include the order number in any correspondence relating to returns.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, you will be liable for returns costs.
If the returned item is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return, or to issue a partial refund after assessing any items for damages.
If your return request for damaged or faulty items is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
